If you are an existing and current Valley Artists Sponsor and would like to request your free sponsor tickets for an upcoming show, please see Packages below to check how many free tickets your allocation, then book your tickets here.

Sponsorship Dues

If you want advertising included in our upcoming programs and events please keep your sponsorship current. You can either leave hard copy at Wollombi General Store, Laguna Store.

Become a Valley Artists Sponsor!

Sponsorship provides us with a level of financial security that enables us to build an impressive inventory of stage equipment, bring in professional tutors, send members for training, and more importantly proceed with confidence in producing bigger and always better shows. Please see the attached brochure for further details.

This year will prove this in our community with our first production which was Micaela Elphick's directorial debut, ‘Diving for Pearls'. This will be followed by the end of year production ‘A Streetcar Named Desire' to be directed by Janine Oliver. In October, Valley Artists will again produce the Wollombi Valley Short Film Festival.

It is our intention to run two winter workshops - Lighting design with David Glover and an acting workshop for children. Dates will be out soon for these.

A number of sponsorships have been taken up with Sally Jackson completing a Stage Make-up workshop, and Lynda Marsh, our very adept costumer, completed a millinery course.

It is apparent that your contribution goes a long way in supporting the local arts. As you are probably aware our financial year runs as a calendar year. Therefore, sponsorship for 2011 is currently due.  Please fill out the sponsorship form and return to Laguna Store. If you have already paid your sponsorship for this year please ignore this reminder and just enjoy the read.

Gold - $900

Entitles sponsor to:

  • 6 tickets to our Sponsors Dinner
  • 6 tickets to each of our 2 productions:
  • Diving for Pearls in April and A Streetcar Named Desire in November.
  • ½ page advertisement in each program

Silver - $600

Entitles sponsor to:

  • 4 tickets to our Sponsors Dinner
  • 4 tickets to each of the above productions
  • ¼ page advertisement in each program

Bronze - $300

Entitles sponsor to:

  • 2 tickets to our Sponsors Dinner
  • 2 tickets to each of the above productions
  • Mention in each program

Aluminium - $150

Entitles sponsor to:

  • 1 ticket to our Sponsors Dinner
  • 1 ticket to each of the above productions
  • Mention in each program
